Mac OS X Server Leopard includes QuickTime Streaming Server 6, the latest version of Apple's industrial strength streaming server. This update support enhanced support for streaming industry-standard 3GPP files including release 6 bit rate adaption ensuring a smooth streaming experience during times of network congestion. QTSS 6 also provides Open Directory integration allowing you to restrict access to streams using the users and groups in the Mac OS X Server LDAP directory. Leopard Server includes a 64-bit version of QuickTime Streaming Server.
